AFAIK he just did the equivelant of running verses of the bible through the pornalizer...

Anyone that's been flying flightsims seriously for any short period of time knows who Blue Baron is...and I'm sure every single one of them is rolling their eyes at just how tasteless and stupid that joke was.

Kind of ironic that the same group of people that berated the AW people for their humor on these boards are now spouting "it was only a joke...you just don't understand OUR humor."

First of all, I never berated anyone's humor.

No, it wasn't funny- reminded me of a drunk crazy homeless person rambling on a street corner to himself about how him and some political power in office smoked blunts together.

Their "humor" is what people from my area call "white boy humor"- dry and utterly asinine.

I know of Blue Baron, but I don't know who he is. Confirmed Kill v.91 was my first online sim.

The fact that you come here and expect the majority of us to accept or appreciate your tradition is just as rediculous as thinking that because you were old timers in AW means that you won't be newbies in AH.

I don't care about Blue Baron's history, nor do I care about what history he has with Air Warriors.

I don't feel stupid, nor will I look up his past. You think I should accept and cherish the Air Warrior past, I think you should wake up and stop the roadkill. I didn't fly Air Warrior, therefore I do not care at all about it or the people behind it.

How ironic. Some of you come here with your "humor". Said humor is rejected and they don't understand why. Now, tables are reversed. An AH'er interjects his "humor" and you don't see it as funny.

Guess there's an obvious difference here after all. HiTech and Pyro get alot of respect in BigWeek. Someone once tried to dis HT there. Didn't go over too well at all (understatement). Maybe ... this sheds light? *ShruG* Sure makes me hesitant to ask what everyone's opinion of Kelton Flinn is here.

 Some apparently thought this place was worth sharing some of the more serious and cherished posts from BigWeek (maybe in hopes that common ground would be found, assuming there was common ground). That number probably just dwindled (if it didn't die off altogether).    :(
