3 planes consistently chew my Lancasters down the most....

2. F4-C
3. La7
P-47: Just do amazing damage with those 8 50 cals. Every sortie I flew the other night, a P-47 made a boom and zoom and nailed my entire underbelly with 50 cals. Had to belly land on all 3 sorties since the gear was shot up, leaking fuel, etc etc. Jugs take an amazing amount of hits and keep coming back.
F-4C: Its those 20mm Hispanos. Nuff said
La7s: Nose mounted cannons, very nimble and a relatively small airplane from head-on view to lock the guns on to. In most cases, by time you have the bead on the La7 and start shooting, he's already dealt you his cannons. Hit the silk!
G10s, Ta-152 and others all depend on their approaches. I tend to down most anything that comes at co-alt. Those that strike from above, or do sweeping hits do the most damage. P-51s work well, and even co-alt B17s can hammer you real good, since they are firing thru their own structures to lock every gun on you!
