That's actually a normal sized chicken with a foot tall man. I've seen pictures of the same guy posing with fish and rabbits too. He probably works for the Texas Propaganda Ministry. Pathetic.

Actually that picture is of Wild Bill entering his top secret Warbirds 3 windtunnel for flightmodel testing of one of the more obscure fighters of World War Two- the Etheopian Thunder Chicken. Although nimble in a turnfight the Etheopian Thunder Chicken's wings were subject to feather combustion in a dive. Of course this is one more black eye for Dale, who has allowed himself to be scooped by Wild Bill once again.

Meanie. I was just trying to be clever, and lighten things up a bit. You hurt my feelings. I won't be posting for awhile now.

One more thing...

You really have to be carefull in working with poultry of this magnitude. Unless you're armed, a rooster of this size can be very dangerous. You can get pecked, beaten, and eaten or possibly even violated depending on the disposition of the rooster at that moment.

At least the latter of the two doesn't last very long and you do get to remain living. It's bearable as long as nobody witnesses such an event and can tell other people or take a photograph or worse, video.
