Just wondering where to send my 1.00 to pay back whoever it is I should be paying for the past problems of the U.S. in the 1800's.

Does it go to Louis FarraCON or Rev. Jesse "Hypocrit" Jackson or Al Sharp-Im-Not

I saw Mr. Johnny Cochran on MSNBC on a talk show.....I really think that guy thought OJ was innocent. Anyway he was talking about Americans (WHite I think he said) oweing about 10 Billion dollars in money. So figured I would go ahead and send my 1.00 in.

I don't owe them squat. All of my ancestors came to the United States in the late 1800s/early 1900s WAY past the civil war. A lot of people have been put into slavery and they're not demanding compensation. You don't see me demanding reperations from Turkey for what the ottomans did to my people (Hungarians, Poles)

I am all for reperations. Give a million dollars to everyone who was a slave prior to the Civil War, and is still alive today.

Anyone born after Dec 1865 gets nothing. They weren't slaves, so they get squat.

Cochran wants way more than $10 billion. $10 billion is probably just the commission he's looking for. Anyway, even if it was $10 billion, there are only about 150 million tax payers, so you'd owe more than $1.

We have a simular situation up here that rears its head from time to time.

Hell, if it'd put me out of pocket $10 bucks so I never have to hear about the issue again it'd be one of the best things I ever spent my money on.
