Card expired, forgot to update information with new year...

That is the only thing that has changed, so I try to login and account locked.

Didn't receive an e-mail about the problem, just ZIP, no access.

Funds are there, waiting for you to take em...

As the e-mail stated, something has changed when it comes to charging.

We've changed the way we can accept orders through E commerce, so there must be some sort of snag when a card expires, then is renewed.

The only change, only one... is the date. 2002 to 2003

NEW EXPIRATION DATE: 10/03
OLD EXPIRATION DATE: 10/02

Now, if changing that you cannot charge the card, then there is another problem, and beleive me not a lack of funds, which leads me to a change in how cards are processed.
