I've had one corty shot, was painless...unless you get the type of Ortho that wants to "break up" the calcium deposit WITH the needle of the corty shot...which is not unusual...then I hear its very painful. I was fortunate, as he shot me once, then 6 months later I dropped to the 'scope. The first 4 years after were hell, not as bad prior to surgery, but still present..I dealt with it via ibeprofin...then I discovered Glucosamine. Rest as they say is history. (Glucosamine with MSM is good too I've heard, though I'm not to hot on additional sulfur in my bloodstream)
Oh, and 10bears, C-clamps were my friend in the early days of Joysticks and computers for me!~
