Okay, I'm sending this thread to the Finance Officer, however, like I said in the other thread, we're tapping into 2003 reserves already!  The chances are slim, I'll let the Missus reply :)

well.. ok.
sigh.. :)

actually if you are strapped for cash consider the spring/summer trip instead.
I can house 1 or 2 singles (no families sorry) and naturally there are no ski lift tickets to purchase to go fishing.
Mountain biking (on the mountain.. imagine that) is awesome in the summer and you can ride the lifts up for $10/day.
it allows a lot of downhill runs that will wear your bellybutton out none the less !!!

of course you'd need a fishing license but that's inexpensive.

Mrs. Finance Officer,

My handle is Curval and I am the requisition officer for VMF-323.  On January 11th, 2003 I am requisitioning Mr. Brian (Ripsnort) Nelson and family to join me and my family on a trip to Colarado.

Many thanks in advance,

Curval

PS.  The word "no" is not in my dictionary  ;)

My handle is Wlfgng and I am the marketing officer for snowmASSassin , CO . On January 11th, 2003 I am requisitioning Mr. Brian (Ripsnort) Nelson and family to Curval and family on a trip to Snowmass Colorado, where you will be treated to Rocky Mountain Splendor.. (better let Rip describe that in person).

Whats so great about that you ask?

Mr Brian (Ripsnort) Nelson will NOT be playing AH during this time....but instead focused on wife and family.

Thats the tree line mrfish, though I haven't skiied the Sierra's, I can tell you that Colorado IS the best skiing I've ever done (I've skiied the entire North East, Midwest, and Northwest)

i agree - colorado has great snow, probably the best in the US but i see dirt. i see the treeline but there are still a lot of exposed patches in the valleys - to me that means ice up the hill. not knocking snowmass, just that picture.

are the west coast ski areas open yet ?  I think not.

we're open and have a 50 inch base.. I.E. 50 inches of snow before you reach the dirt.  :)
and there is NO ice

here's a different angle on the same hill.. see any dirt?
see.. Aspen/Snowmass got it's name from...hmm..

couldn't resist
