Thanks alot. But this problem still seems weird, what does the video resolution have to do with the background sounds??????

Haven't had any CTD but I use Mitsu sounds and my res at 1280 x 1024.

i changed my resolution, but still i get CTD as soon as i hear an engine in the background. Changing resolution does not seem to help me.

My resolution on my computer screen is 800x600, you see this if you right click on your desktop, goto properties, and then settings. Now go into Aces High, and you see the clip board come up. Press the video button, you will now see the screen where you change the game to 800x600. I think if your computer monitor is set to something else, you should set Aces High video to match your computer screen to get this to work right.

I can't play AH in 800x600, my monitor is not that big .
