PSU Question

LMFAO,  actually i'm Modding my case to double as a working 262 for the Con.

Any suggestions for placement of the 30mm guns ?

Believe it or not it's not loud at all, Lian Li Case came stock with 5 fans installed.

I added the 6th for vid card cooling replaced them all with Antec Blue LED Fans   2 front, 2 back, 1 in sidepanel for video card and 1 blowhole in top.

Loudest part of the whole set up (besides girl squeaking i'm always on it) is the 6800 rpm cpu fan.

Hope it doesnt get perked.

Thermaltake Xaser II 5000 Plus.
Basically factory-modded Antec/Chieftec with 4 slow RPM fans (1 in front, 2 in back and one in blow-hole), fan controller and extra USB/Firewire ports in front.



btw still having watercooled system without any problems; XP2400 2,0GHz running 2,23GHz. BIOS thinks it's XP2800

Yeah I reckommend watercooling too. It's a little work, but it's schweet once you get it running

True if you use TAP water.  Most cooling systems use distilled water that has very few impurities.  Pure water (ie. distilled) is not much of a conductor of electricity.  It's the minerals in natural water that make it so conductive.  Coolant leaking is a concern, but not as much as you would think....

It will not be too long before processors come with built in closed loop liquid cooling systems (pure water).
