Yes. The gameport version of CH's Pro Pedals plug into the Cougar's base, just like your Elites. In fact, if you buy the Pro Pedals, you can rewire them (it is simple to do) so that the toe brakes work. If you don't do that, only the rudder axis will work. There are on the Internet various guides for rewiring the pedals so that your Cougar will recognize the two toe brake axes. I know that it works, because I performed the simple modification myself.
