Just to offer details on a setup that does not appear to have any issues running AH II. Tracers are fine, no unusual graphics nor unsightly boxes where text would be.
My fps is however a third of what it is in AH-I. They are now in the mid 20's to mid 30's. A bit "stuttery" times even when FPS shows mid 20's still. But it just feels lower when these bouts of tiny "stutters" hit.
