While Flying in the Terrain Editor ...

And mucking about with the padlock it also struck me that the A/C handled a bit differently. Has a change to the FM been implmented in there?

yes pad, I had to slap myself a few times after working with it, but no permanate damage seems to have been suffered.....  

just that it seemed the planes lifted off easier and held speed in turns better. maybe wishfull thinking or the cool terrain i was over clouded my judgement

The current terrain editor has pieces of the new flight model in it.

It also has pieces of the padlock system. If you map the padlock keys,(under view functions) you also have to turn friendly lock on. You can get an idea how the new system works by locking up the drones.

Please don't do any testing or evaluation of the models, they are just where the code and data stood at time of the editor release.
