This is a joke, this guy was a danger to the cops. It sucks he died but it is his own fault.

Last February, a white officer chased and fatally shot a black man who was spotted running from a store that had been broken into, police said. The police, Hamilton County prosecutor and the Citizen Complaint Authority review panel concluded that the shooting was justified because the suspect was beating the officer with his nightstick.

Sorry, but if the cops tell you to back off and put your hands behind you, you better do it.

Too bad he died, but the video makes it pretty clear that the guy was assaulting that cop.

I don't know why those cops couldn't have let the subject get a whiff of a donut, and then kind of make a trail of donuts on the ground leading to the back door of the cruiser - then when the big guy got to the last donut - whammo - a kick in the butt, a slam of the door, and they got one in the box, ready to go.
