I’m glad your pilot training is going well, but I worry about your safety, and the safety of those who fly with you. A good pilot learns from mistakes made – preferably the mistakes of others. But you don’t appear to learn anything from past mistakes. At least not on this BBS.
Look at it: You started a thread about three months ago, airing the “dilemma” facing you in your personal life. You know what this community is like, and you might know the direction a thread such would take, and you might also know that HTC would disapprove of their BBS being used for such purposes. Sure enough, skuzzy locked your thread.
But this, it seems, has taught you nothing. Because here you come, having started another thread in the same vein as the first one which almost seems designed to explore the flight envelope of the BBS and to push your luck to the limits. You even have the temerity to hotlink to your closed thread. It seems clear to me that this one is going to degenerate in much the same way as the first one, and with the same end result.
It’s most odd that someone seeking a solution to the problem you describe should feel that this BBS might be the most likely source to yield a remedy. Or is this thread just a glorified troll?
