Can't get into the BETA

Did everything by the book.  I think?

First screen asked me to set my level of complexity.   Then got an error message.

Have re-booted, un-installed and reinstalled several times.  

Any suggestions?

Did you email HT Creations for your Password ?

That must be done in order to get in.  He is controling access that way.

Wizard, recieved that error once in the Alpha.  The only way to clear it was unfortunatly to COMPLETELY delete all directories inluding the HTC and reinstall (again   sorry).  After that I never seen it again.

I can't get in, either. I enter my password,
and get to the arena choice screen, beta
arena showing, I click OK, and I'm bounced back to the login screen.

I can't get into the arena.  I logon, and get arena selection.  I click on the Beta Arena, then OK, and return to the logon screen.

Logon problem - i was getting it just a minute ago
keep trying
it looks like the arena is maxing out a tad..
i asked Pyro about it in the arena he said HT is working on it now.

I'm trying everything you guys suggest.  Nothing seems to get me past that error message.

Have not heard a word about a password from anybody in the AH staff.  

It guess im grounded.

I knew if I started crying someone would take pity on me.  I'm in now.  At least offline.   FIREFOX gave me the correct suggestion.   Start over from scratch.
