Setup for January 2 - 8: Rhine 1945

The Rhine, February 1945

As Hitlers battles a front on two sides (Russians from the East and American/British forces on the West), the Rhine comes into focus for this historic battle.  Set in February 1945, the Axis forces are pushed back deep into Germany as the American/British forces slam what's remaining of the Luftwaffe.  The 262 and the Arado are proving to be a lethal combo for the period. Rumours are abound that a German base is operating the Me-262 with another as a storage area for construction.  Should they fall into Allied hands, the 262 would be available to the American and British pilots.

So why is g10 not perked if spit14 is?

Just hazarding a guess here but I'm willing to bet this represents the Western front with no reverse lend-lease from the Soviets to the Yanks and Brits. ;)

gah!  unperk the 14...  the spit9 had been outdated by this point.

the spit14 isn't as much a threat as you might think.
Surrounded by suck and underwhelmed with mediocrity.
I'm always right, it just takes some poepl longer to come to that realization than others.

2 Points

If Allies can capture a 262 field then can Axis please capture a Tempest field? Tempests are a lot of fun to fly.

If you reset my damn perk points at the beginning of this setup your going to have to listen to me go off on all the reasons why that is a dumb move.

I believe it simulates capturing jets before they get destroyed. And yeah, if jets can be captured, then it stands to reason that an Allied perkie bird can be captured by the Germans, yes?

Or no. *ShruG*

Either way, it looks ..... velly intervestink.
