I lost my wallet with my cc in it over the xmas season, I've had it cancelled but apparently hitech tried to bill me for my next six months sub over this time and naturally it was refused.

I used the web page to update my cc details with my replacement numbers but have no idea if this has been accepted.

How do I go about checking my account status as well as changing from a 6 month payment plan to a monthly one?

Either go to the "admin" button on the homepage, or when you first start the game, hit the "admin" button there
you should be able to change and/or check any billing info there
