Closer to 275MPH. You can pull a lot of Gs even going 200MPH, it's how fast you try to whip around the aircraft.

It's not 275 it's marked off in 25 mph increments.  The pointer is not even close to 275, ok i'll give ya 260

Also noted per the VSI he is diving 4Kft per minute yet the nose in hardly pointed downward...something not right here

My point was IMHO and 20 years experience in the aircraft instrument business something doesn't look right.  Maybe it's the pointers on the indicators or the white dials.  WWII aircraft had yellow on black radium dials.  The AH also is too small

Nothings been changed in the FM department, if you think somethings screwy download the AH FM and fly 'em around offline. The dials do have reaction delay, so he could be pulling out of a dive but the dials are still recalculating.

EDIT: And I said CLOSER to 275, NOT 275 exactly. It's between 250 and 275.

Zetro the guages in AH are actually p51 guages with the exception of the British guages.  I got them directly from a guage book.  There are a few that were modified slightly for game design purposes.

I'd love to see a revamp of instruments in all A/C AFTER we get a more complete planeset!

A fix for the front view in the 109s one day would be nice too.

The ugliest cocpit in AH is surely that of 190 !
Why the canopy framework texture of the Ta152 cannot also be used on the 190?

Nate,

I think he's talking about the slanted bars in the front thingy that Nath used to harp on about.  There's a couple of threads on it kicking around the Aircraft forum.
