I was just getting ready to subscribe when this happened:

Cant figure it out, and after several re-downloads of Aces High I'm always getting corrupt installation file. Maybe I'll lay off the subscribing for now.

Maybe try checking your video settings.
Make sure your resolution for the game is the same as or lower that your desktop settings.

Can't. I deleted AH thinking that I could redownload it and reinstall it. Well, turns out that when I try to install it from the new download it wont install correctly because of a "corrupt installation file."

make sure you totally delete it off your PC.

How can I totally delete it. Ive done the control panel/add remove programs thing. Ive deleted it out of everything I can find in windows explorer. Anything else I need to do?

All I can say is keep trying. Eventually it has to work. Maybe it was not completly deleted or perhaps the download got screwed up.
Persevere United! I checked out your website and can say I hope more squads with the "ethics" outlined on your site become the norm in AH
