So he's gone from being arrested, to being arrested for murder, to being arrested for murder preceded by all kinds of horrific things (which you have initimate information about, obviously), to being tortured to death over as long a period as possible since he's clearly guilty!

Very efficient justice system you'd like to live in. Not much margin for error though.

Im saying if he is found guilty, its pretty obvious when hes leading her away in the tape and shes found dead its him, but maybe, maybe he was just trying to stop her to from running out into the street eh? Ohio executed a murder on Tuesday for doing the same thing.  It took 19 years, but the Florida murderer will get what is coming to him too.

I cant emphasize enough how I feel about murderers generally and child murderers in particular.

Once guilt has been established "without doubt", the murderer should be hung by the neck until dead.  There is no other way to approach this subject.  I have had enough of this, dealing with human emotional issues and ultimate victim status of murderers.  Guilty of this crime, without doubt, and you die immediately.

This totally ****ed up society that I live in would walk a far kinder and gentler road if each and every one of us knew that if we killed another human being for no good reason that we would face trial and if found guilty beyond any doubt be hung by the neck until dead.  

But it will never happen, we need to protect the right of child murderers so that our own rights are not violated at some nepharious point in the future, meanwhile our daughters sisters mothers are being violated in such cruel and inhuman ways by the very people we insist on protecting.....its not worth it.  Start killing these monsters off.

Not at all. Killing is not necesssarily bad, murder is. And that's what we have here. One is a senseless and arbitrary murder performed by a sicko, the other is a justice metted out according to the rules the sicko knew up front.

Now that would be justice just let them tear him apart.

We have no cure for these animals right now.
So in intrest of keeping the kids safe we musy hunt them down and in my opinion kill them before they kill a child.
