Don't know if there is any intrest in this, but I would like to have the option at loggin to be assigned to a wing at a field. I don't fly often or regularly so a squad really isn't an option.
Higher rated pilots would be wing leaders and, like the military, we follow THEIR orders.
Some system like this might improve co-ordination on targets, help people gain experience in tactics and planes, and provide some additional realism.
It goes without saying that anyone could opt for "lone wolf" status if they choose.
