Have you considered using the mousestick on the CH Pro Throttle as a means of rudder input? Are your controllers the gameport or USB interface type? If they are USB then you could use the Control Manager 3 software to create a profile using the mousestick axis mapped in AH as rudder (remember to stick a deadband in as the mousestick is sensitive).

The CH Hangar, my profiles are there including one another user added today that uses the mousestick to change throttle input on two engine aircraft, a kind of psuedo multi-throttle control setup. If you already use the mousestick for pan view in AH no worries as you could use
this CMS script to make the POV hat on the throttle to act as mouse input.
