RAM, no card "needs" AGPx2 or x4, u can always use AGPx1 with any video card.
Just put one in and try. Don't forget to use latest drivers.
P-II-333 runs fine at 512 MHz, if your Motherboard has 100 MHZ bus. (BX for example).

Friend said okay and looked what old pc got inside: 4xCD-rom and old (no 3d)Ati video card. He tryed to sell some new stuff but customer told he was still happy with old ones.....

Gie, I tried.

TNT2 crashed all the time (remember my thread about the video card not working?...)

I changed it for a V3 next day, tested it on the shop`. It crashed all the time.

So I got a new HD (that I really needed too, but thats another story).

all with latest drivers, tested at home and in the shop. The box put clearly "AGP x4 needed." my motherboard has AGPx1.

Anyway x1 or x4, both cards crashed the computer all the time

I am too lazy to replace this V770 with GF2

Got moneys for it, but I don't feel like interested in buying one... yet.

Torque it's the same reason that guys who can afford Ferraris and Porsches generally don't have the skill or intestinal fortitude to drive them as the Good Lord intended...

My inlaws who arent very puter literate, had a PC given to them 6 months ago. They asked me to check it out and see if it might need upgrading. It looked old, I fired it up and discovered it was a 386sx with 1 meg ram and a 35 meg hard drive. I pulled the floppy drive out and threw the rest away!

Maybe that guy should get a CAT scan to see if there are any brain tumors.
