funny how perceptions are.. I allways felt that the Scotts and aussies were tough minded independent peoples but now it would appear that ...  they are letting their women tell em what to do.

I'm glad they are finally addressing the "sharp instrument" problem. First Scotland, then England.

Butter knives, of course, should remain unbanned. Forks will have to have rounded, dull tips but not quite to the extent of a spoon.

No price it to high. Turn in those pen knives, lads!

now now... a little sensible knife regulation never hurt anyone... I don't see how turning in all your sharp knives and allowing them only at retaurants and knife clubs to registered owners who pay a small fee of a couple hundred dollars a year per knife could hurt anyone.
