Really...who cares if they show the damn movie in France or not..frankly I don't know why anyone would care about the opinion of an insignifigant country like that anyway..they've proven time and again that they are a joke when it comes to their military, and they oppose everything that America does just because they think we are loud and obnoxious. Can France really have much of a say in world politics..not really..when they disagree, we just do what we want anyway. SO WHO CARES:D
As far as anti-semitism goes....frankly I'm tired of minorities and the fact they are just too damn sensitive. Everyone has the right not to like someone..and at least until the 80's and 90's in this country, you had the right to voice that opinion (until all the minorities pressed the powers that be to tell us we can't say things about other people) So Mel made a movie that is based on a book. A book that is widely belived to be fact (not neccessarily my opinion) Therefore if the movie is based on a factual account, then the Jews did push the Roman govenor into killing the savior, and you can't blame Christians for being a little put out by that. You really don't hear too much complaints about anti-christians or anti-white...but ohh for the love of God..don't offend the Jews! or better yet don't offend black...or even better don't offend a black jew. It just makes me sick...Religious beliefs should not account for anything in politics especially on the world stage. Aren't we Americans supposed to be Americans above all else reguardless of race religion and creed?I think it's time for us (Americans) and the rest of you ********s in the rest of the world to grow up.
