Game Clock Question

I have a question about the game clock in CT, if you come in say 9 pm est  and the game clock says 1 pm... will it be that way every time you come in at 9 pm...?

Nope. The clock runs on a real-time scale so 1 hour game time = 1 hour real time, but nights are shortened by dropping the hours of darkness.
