ROFL.. gawd thats STILL funny as hell...
The price of Freedom is the willingness to do sudden battle, anywhere, any time and with utter recklessness...

...at home, or abroad.

Absolutely SeaWulfe...

This event is open to anyone and everyone.

An update:

The planes lined up (but not yet confirmed)  are:

P51B, P51D, P47D-25/D-30, P38L, Spit IX, Tempest, Fw 190A-5/A-8/D-9, Me 109G-6/G-10, Ta 152H-1, P51B, P47D-11, Fw 190A-5, La 5FN, F6F, Tempest, La7, Fw 190D-9, Spit V, Seafire, Typhoon, P47D-11 109F-4/G-2/G-6, Fw 190A-5, Yak 9T, Zero, Ki 61, C.205...

Er... lousy cut 'n paste job, prolly some repeats and omissions... but you get the idea. That's pretty much everything, right? No Nikis or Chogs though (don't need the headache). Basically - if you can't find a ride you all like in there I can recommend a half decent civilian flight sim fer ya

Still, this isn't gonna be AC stew. These planes will be doled out in 3 separate matches.

For eg. (and this is still *not* confirmed - just to give you an idea):

Fight 3:

Allies: P51B, P51D, P47D-25/D-30, P38L, Spit IX, Tempest.

Axis: Fw 190A-5/A-8/D-9, Me 109G-6/G-10, Ta 152H-1.

The first two fights will see some earlier war and mixed planes.

I'm discussing a few things with the CM crew right now and it looks like we're able to take a spot that's usually reserved for Snapshots (Thanks Daddog!). This will be a Saturday sometime next month at 4pm EDT (or EST or whatever the hell that is)... 1 pm Pacific. An Euro-friendly time was a must.

We will be importing the Dueling Arena's terrain into the SEA, so we can take advantage of alot of features that would only be possible with the CM's assistance.

I think this terrain will give us everything we need for a good fight.

I am starting work on the website so registration will be open shortly. I'll let you all know. I'm hoping to have it automated which we save me alot of work

Oh! And there will be a seperate area to record and track wagers! Feelin' lucky? Cash on the barrel head, son.

What else....

Still in the process of refining plane types and zeroing in on the ROE. I estimate later this week or early next week for that.

Uhm... that's all I can think of right now.

Oh... Leph, yes - Thanks for the offer to volunteer. Most appreciated, and I'm gonna take you up on that. Will need a few more and we are also fortunate to have the great help of the CMs for this event.

Will give y'all another update as this thing starts to take shape.

Yes Grun, maybe. Like I said we're still working on it.

If everything's fine by Hristo and Hangtime, that is what I'm prepared to go with.

Edit - I usually let the spelling mistakes go, but this one was far too goofy.
