Above the message boards. Yes, it's to build interest/advertise what's playing in the CT. Of course, it won't reach anyone who doesn't read the forums.

I use them on our squadrons website in the Briefing room. I post what the set-up will be each week along with all the aircraft, vehicles and any naval forces available and special settings for the arena. There for anyone to check when they look at the site.

Probably refering to the swastikas on the plane parts. I used images I pulled from websites about the Libyan front (rather hastily). It may or may not be a problem under German law (the game is leisure but the images are historical and the educational merits are debatable).
