I just heard a story about a guy that I deal with in my industry....

be warned... squeemish ppl stop now....

Ive been dealing with this guy for about 4 years now, named Jim.  He's the owner of a list brokering business that I use and have met him a few times as well.

Turns out, I year before I got here, he paid the company a personal visit, in ohio, and told this story of the last time he was in the state.  There's a special hospital in Clefveland that he had some treatment done at.

Here's why.....

Old Jim was doing some work on the roof of his 3 story house one fine day, when suddenly by accident (of course) he fell off!

Somehow, he managed to land on his feet, which resulted in him breaking all 10 toes.  Not only that, but while his legs were buckling when he landed, he ended up sitting on the corner of a pile of bricks and .....  (stop now now if you are squeemish... last warning).....   tearing open his apple.!!

Now, that has gotta be the worst day of anyones life, right?  Well, unfortunately for Jim, while being transported to the hospital he also had a stroke.

Now, while hearing this story (half wanting to cover my ears and pretend I hadn't heard a word) the guy next to me asks the story teller "So... if it was torn... did his balls fall out?  How did they stay hanging there?"  the answer to this question can be divined in the above subject line.....

Have a nice day!!!

Think I was about 18 when I got a tear...

Was topping a walnut tree with a chainsaw. We couldn't take the chance on the tree falling on this house so we were taking it down branch by branch... Anyway... ladder was too short so I climbed up on a branch and straddled it, reached around the main trunk and started cutting the opposite branch. It came off and the trunk sprang at me with more speed and force than I could even remotely imagine (at the time).

Hurt like hell... lucky I didn't fall off the tree... My happy bag bled a bit, but the tear was small.
