Me too (but the Hoffman F16+ pedals).

I have IJ's U2 gimbal replacement + Hall sensor kit in the Cougar.

What I look for in a stick setup is:

Plenty of buttons and hats (programmability)
I like many axes (to use for trim, prop, mixture, flap...)
Precision control, a firm stick with little play.

(I compensate my lack of skill in expensive equipment;)

I guess I am the antithesis of the hotas guy.

Not only am I still flying MS twisty stick after 8 years online. But I only set 3 buttons on my joystick, well & the POV.

Right hand fly's, left hand controls everything else, & types.

Our design is meant to be used by all types of controllers to allow the user to place them in a comfortable position.
Not just for the HOTAS users.

CH USB pro pedals/throttle...and an old analog  Thrustmaster PFCS with the heavy springs. Damn thing is 10 yrs old but I love the metal construction and the resistance -- the new stuff feels so cheap.
