I know this has been mentioned.
We could all benefit from 2 or more TUNABLE radios. One could be for your squad, one for your wingman, one for range. and we need to be able to Mute and Unmute each one of the radios, with the press of a button.
So when I get into a furball with my wing, I can mute the range channel, and just talk to my wing.
Or maybe be able to adjust the volume on each radio to a different level, make your wings voice louder than the range channel for example.
