Perk points: Dweeb multiplier required.

As the perks points goes on, it may be a good factor to add interest to the game, but I think it is completely unfair, cause you all must agree that for a poor dweeb is harder to kill 1 plane than 10 or 20 for a Citabria, mooj, Ripsnort, MANDOBLE and other flying species out there.
So.....I propose a system to compensate the unfair behavior of these killing animals:

A perks point multiplier aplied to the total ammount once the other game's factors are aplied:

player's rank position from 1 to 100: 0.5
101 to 200 = x 0.7
201 to 300 = x 0.9
301 to 400 = x 1
401 to 500 = x 1.2
501 to 800 = x 1.5
801 to 1500 = x 1.7
over 1500 = no perks points neeeded, they can not make any use of the perks planes anyway.

PS: I was starting this like a joke but I think now it may not be so stupid, don't you?

that defeats the purpose of keeping these dweeb uber rides rare.

but most of those names you listed (not all) prefer to fly planes that have significant performance limitations just for the challenge of it or continue to fly their personal favorite plane regardless of what the best plane is.
the same will be true with perk planes for most of these dweebs. so I don't anticipate perk planes being a plague the way the n1k2 and f4u1c are.
sure they will fly them once in a while, kill a bunch, get bored with the omnipotence, then go back to their favorite normal ride and kill some more.
the same reason some of these guys dont fly the f4u1c or n1k2... the lack of any significant challenge.
it's already to easy with these nonperk planes to dominate everything.

the only true reason for adding these perk planes is for diversity and novelty.

but give them on an unlimited basis to everyone and every dweeb looking for the latest greatest dweeb wagon will be zooming around in them the way they do in the f4u1c and n1k2
Fester was my in game name until September 2013

would be nice to see some multiplier applied to the perk scoring that takes into account relative skill levels.  An AH vet shooting down a newbie should result in less perk points than shooting down another vet.

this might require some sort of ranking system ie.: sgt through general (or something along these lines), that would carry over from tour to tour.

just thoughts.

Citabria I don't understand your post. The F4U1C or N1K2 is not a hard plane to kill. Its the pilot and the way a plane is flown that makes the difference. If you know your plane, fly its strengths, have good SA,fight on "your" terms, you can be a "beagle on a doghouse and kill with impunity"! A PERK ride should be one you like to fly and one the compliments the other PERK rides. My vote is the P-51H

Interesting point i hadnt thought of edan.(because i am dumb, which im sure we all already know)
However i see a problem here: lady luck.  I, with all my lack of skill, have downed some of the aformentioned uber pilots and others.
-I dont really think it would be fair to make it harder for these guys to get perk planes.  Lets face it, they rule, they deserve more perk points, and thus perk planes.

This is not the point lo, you don't get a gretar points if you down a "god", you the should get the normal points for the planes involved, but the multiplier/divider should be aplied in account to you position in the ranks.
One or two lucky aces-kill wont be noticeable and the figures at last will settle where they are now, and so your position.
The multipliers only will give the oportunity to the hem "losers" to fly a perk plane, that they will loss quickly anyway...
Also would restric a little to the uber-aces to dominate the perk`s market.
Imagine the 100 tops pilots flying perks planes at will all the time

Hey. If they put a P51-H in here I promise not to fly it except on squad nights! That way I would kill everyone with impunity, anyway, so it won't matter! lol!

Citabria is right and it gives us reason to hunt uber guys, even amongst the gods (if that's what you choose to call them). I mean, if you shoot them, do they not degrade?

I generally fly LW planes .(now theres a shock) and ive found i have fallen in love with the TBM since 1.05,god help me why do i like the planes that are so dangerous to fly?
Im not playing for points/score although i hate it when im low down in the league of pilots and glad when im in the top 100.
Guess i just like what i like.
my take on perks so far?

TBM ENY(40) seems about right but very low perk score for torpedoing a ship...when you get your first ship and rtb YOU will think so too beleive me!
F6F ENY(17) which seems to be quite a handfull to kill for me at the moment but 17 seems a little harsh when the runstang P51 has ENY(20),I think so far ive found it easier to kill a f6f.eny 20-22 i think?
FW190a5 ENY(25) seems about right loathed as i am to admit it
FW190a8 ENY(25) i think should be maybe 28 or 29 as this is a hard plane to live long in.
P38 ENY(32) im undecided but i think seeing as how im getting jumped from 30k by them lately it should maybe be around 30 eny? i mean cit you love this ride and if i ever(?) manage to kill you with my 190a8 id score less than you killing me? can that be right?
P47 ENY(31) this is the nearest match i think to 190a8 in AH so i dont understand why its 31 compared to 190a8's 25.just as hard to fly in.and P47 much more durable.
ENY is based on popularity or effectiveness /ease of use?
Zero ENY(30)? less than a p38? cant work this one out.
lastly the YAK ENY(25) seems a tad low to me too.I dont fly them but they aint easy to live for long in either.
scores need a little refining i think but pretty good so far.
