Looks like it's going to be 2005 here also.

I'll know more in the summer.

straffo - why don't we have a Euro microcon in France? We could get people over from the UK, have the Germans come over, get Daniel to come up from Spain, get a few cases of 1664...

My next trip to France starts later this month on the 30th (holiday weekend in the UK) and we are going to La Rochelle. Hope also to get across to l'isle de jeu.

Check out Belgium too.  The "Bulge", Bastogne, great stuff.
Luxemburg, the great US cemetary.

The Siegfried line......whats left of it, the germans are cleaning it up.  To bad really.  Look me up.

Read "a Time for Trumpets" by Macdonald, I use it for ref.  also

Sorry for the extremly late answer Beetle I bookmarked the post and put it in the "to be answered" categorie :D

It would be fine to make a con in France as it will probably drain people from North and South of Europe but I don't think I'll be able to handle the workload and I don't think I'll have the motivation too ...

"isle de jeu" don't you mean l'île d'Yeu ?
btw your spelling in not that bad I thinlk it was spelled this way in the XVth century :p
Check also Belle-Ile en Mer
