when our goverment gives money to FilmFes, all bills whitch authors of fest pay are public. Goverment later check if bills are Ok and if somebody of Co`s didnt use own company to sell things, services to festival.

Company of relatives of Co's are also banned to provide what ever buth donations to film fest.
