Just to clear a few things up. This film starts just after I 'ran' from your higher faster tempest in a 109g2.

After you start extending, that pointy thing on the ground your heading for is a bish factory. I break off at 1.2 because I dont have the fuel nor the inclination to chase you into ack.

The greatest distance between us before you start overhauling me is about 7.2, real edge of the seat stuff.

I've about 1/8th of a tank left when over my base when you start missing me and fiddling with your engine.

I'm doing 25mph on the runway when you finally nail me. You die 0.000001 seconds later.

My point is I'm just curious why he did what he did. Seems like zero fun, and as you pointed out it is a game.

That's the only way EMI flies.  He will never engage in a 1v1 if the other guy looks willing to fight, even if the other guy is at a disadvantage.  If EMI is caught in a 1v1 situation, he will turn tail and run for the nearest ack field or friendly.  At that time he will only engage when he sees you tangling with someone else and it's safe for him to engage you without worries of you engaging him since you're fighting someone else.  He'll then start talking smack over the radio on his prowess as a limp wristed timid pilot.  

Get the guy 1v1 and he's usually dead within the first turn.

I'd have to disagree with your statement Ack-Ack.  I've flown with EMI many times and yeah he may talk smack but he will fight one on one.  He may take time to recover once things get out of hand but what smart pilot wouldn't?  I'm sorry but I've ran into many pilots that do exactly what your saying but they do it to the extreme.  Obviously it pisses some off when he knows to disengage and does so.

These guys are just eager to get that one extra kill,  it's EMI's $14.95 what he finds exhilirating someone else might not,  more power to him..
