I Want To Know Something

How in the hell does  lanc ping my 262 twice and blows me up?It cant well not suppose to be,so i want someone to expalin this to me, cause it is bout to the point were i am going to quit, there are to many bugs in this freakin game, that it aint funny, i mean crap we have to pay for this crap and it isnt even fair.

When you take a .50 between the eyes (pilot kill), your plane blows up. HT spares us and the server the task of watching your lifeless body plummet to earth in your plane.

an Ok whine. I dont know how to scale this one...

For I have been in your shoes many times in the past. Just last week I had a jug pulled up in my Jet. It was a close drag, maybe 900+. As I was zoomed in and looking down and back I watch his nose start to "fall back". In desparation he fires a last second burst at almost 1k. "ping ping ping ping ping crack!"  Not one, but both engines smoked. I think I emptied the entire clip into that jug otw back down I was so ticked. Even after he blew up and was long gone I was still firing.

What could I do? Whine? Well sure. Would it make my engines stop smoking? No. So would my whine have helped or made a difference? Nope.;)

Well for one it was not a .50 cal, it is a 303, and i have lit up all planes in those things all over it wing tip to wingtip and nothing, but i go in on one it dont matter wat i am in, they kill me and i dont hurt them, i have put all my tail ammo into  a spit before and didnt even get him smoking or even scratch the pain, and he killed all 3 of my planes, i mean it is impossible, and this pilot kill crap is not possible, i have shot a plane in the cockpit before and the most i can do is a pilot wound, never kill it, and another thing, how does a p38 stay behind 17's not 500 behind them and kill them all, while me and my gunner was liting them up? i mean that is .50 cals and 6 of them at the least blasting a plane, the plane should fall to the ground missing a wing, nothing else. and he kills all my bombers.

Well from what I've heard the rear guns in the Lancaster is modeled as the twin .50s.  And just as you've stated 6 .50s should rip someone apart.

I've watched you fly. You tend to overcontrol at times. In a 262 that will spell disaster. However let's assume that wasnt it. Just because you only heard one ping doesn't mean you only got hit once. How close were you when you shot the enemy plane? Inside of 30yds your own guns will kill you. Then if you were copying crazyace and vultching with a 262 it may have been killshooter.

Show us the film and we will all know! :D

Pretty sure back in the day I read that HTC made the jets ultra-sensitive on purpose.  One ping = catastrophic damage kind of thing.  On the plus side you can always up a PT boat!

It's the internet - stuff happens. Is it the same person all the time? are others making the same complaint? film at 11? The hazards of a perk ride - losing perks.

Heck I know a squad that has nearly invincable tigers, they constantly make 1 hit kills against other tigers and take 50+ hits to take theirs down. is it the same squad all the time? - yes  - film at 11? - yes - are others making the same complaint? - yes
Do I really care enuff to post it - uh oops I was supposed to say no to that last one.

If it's a real problem document it properly or just move on and build up more perkies - it's all virtual anyway. Cya in the sky and on the ground - (building up my gv perks).

Think it was pyro who stated on onother thread that the guns were .50's not .303's
