Yep he'd definitely get an Oscar if they handed them out for presidencies. Too bad the Nobel Peace Prize committee stiffed him when they gave one to Gorbachev. Some have suggested he deserved a Nobel in Applied Economics too.

I agree, he got rid of 18% inflation. If he doesn't desirve one for that, no one does.
