Well my partner didn't believe me when I told him that was a moose, because when we were driving down there I said "I hope we don't hit a moose"  My partner came out fine and the patient thought it was funny.

A year ago I traded and ER doc some antelope meat for some moose meat.  Good stuff if cooked right, a lot like beef.
