Let us not forget the past....

A big <S> to those that fought, those that died, and those that came home from this day in history 57 years ago.

And let us not forget all our fallen commards and contry men from where ever they may have and whoevers side they were on for it was a horrible time for all and we need to remember them as heros, no matter if they were Allied or Axis. For they all faught a war that I myself would rather reinact through games then actualy do the hardshis that they all faced. So I salute all of these people man woman and child who where alive during this time and let us remember this one "great" war so that we never repeat it.

I would like to thank each American, British and Canadian soldier who was there that day as well as the French partisans that did what they could to help ensure the success of the invasion.

<SALUTE> to the survivors! <SALUTE> to those who left as partial survivors of the real horrors of combat. <SALUTE> to those who sacrificed all to guarantee the free world.

May God in His mercy shine forth perpetual light upon them. May He hold them in his arms and grant them a fitting reward for their sacrifice.
