The song is almost a model for a rock song.

The recording is amazing to me and the sound doesn't seem 70's. Very tight, everything just works in the recording.

even though it might sound gay, Hole's "Make me over" is not too shabby.

Also "Malibu"

I've been listening to alot of Alan Parsons Project lately. Not the wierd electronic instrumentals, but the other stuff. Also bought the Rush Cronicles double CD set the other day. Pretty good stuff there.

Glen Glen Gle-e-e-e-n

Glen's the man
Going to work
Got his tie, got ambition

During lunch, he'll go take a squirt
He's the guy, who know's when pee-e-e

Hey Nuke, I forget what it's called but Heart's 1st (Dreamboat Annie?) is pretty killer.

Same with Hole's 2nd.

You're doing okay with the the grrrrrls tonight.

Hmmm... Try Garbage "Hammer In My Head".

Shirley Manson is way better than Courtney Love. :)

Gee, in this MP3 world I'm suprised he even applied words to the song title.

Nowadays it's: "I like song 4 a lot, but 7 is the best".

:)

You got that right! Don't forget Straight On and Kick It Out. I was lucky enough to see Heart at the Seattle Civic Center 3 nights in a row in 1980. They were at their prime.
My mind is a raging torrent, flooded with rivulets of thought cascading into a waterfall of creative alternatives.
Stay thirsty my friends.

another song from same era was 'brass in pocket' by Pretenders....remember Chrissy Hines? She was HOT!

all things considered, I don't beleive I will experience another band that will give me more chills & thrills than the Beatles. (and in particular, Sgt. Peppers!
