I`ll have to correct you Zigrat,,,,,it was in Norway, they actually
made a movie about it,with Richard Harris and Kirk Douglas in the maincharacters. The Hero´s of Telemarken filmed on location.
The Germans wanted to transport the very special water, from
that plant to germany. The water was used in the proces of making the nukebomb somehow(dont no the detaíl).
The group first trid to blow up the plant, but failed.
Then they had to prevent it from going to Germany, unfortunately
the only way to do so was to blow up a ferry, which transported the water over a fiord on the journey to Germany.
There was alot of innocence lives lost,,,,so I guess it was a hard decision to make,,,,but the operation was a succees.

Your Aces High call sign? It's significance?
Sikboy, It's the license plate on my Triumph. When I was 19 I lived in Monterey, CA and I bought a Triumph Spitfire. I thought I'd be cool as toejam if I got a personalized license plate. "Sick Boy" by Social Distortion was my favorite song at the time, but that was taken, but I was able to get "Sikboy." A few months later I discovered AirWarrior on GEnie, and just used the same name. Funny though, that was 10 years ago, and now I have a hard time explaining that license plate to some of my more "sophisticated" friends lol
