LOVE that show!

If you had the money, what type of theme bike would you like to see Paul Teutel, Sr. and crew build?

He needs to build, for me, a bike dedicated to WWII Naval Iron...deep blue, stylized emblems, fast, lotsa range, comfortable "cockpit."

Regards, Shuckins/Leggern

Love the show, but their bike building skills aren't all that impressive.  90% of the bike is made elsewhere, they just make a fender and handle bars and weld on some theme parts.  If I had the money for one of their bikes I would buy an airplane with it.

I want them to make a bike for me here in Bermuda, but I doubt them build them that small.  ;)

I'd rather build a rat bike in my garage than to ride any of those gawdy girly bikes  that those crybabbies build.  Those are seriously embarassing looking bikes.

bike week just wrapped up.  a lot of really nice bikes.  they all looked hot but the chopper that English guy built was just so clean and solid it was damn near perfect (get some rear suspension so you can ride more than 30 miles without pissing blood, and it would be)

on one hand it's very cool to be able to see bikes being built on TV.

on the other.  I never thought I'd see the day when bike builders had publicists.

well.... I don't think much of jessie james either..  he has serious metalworking skills but everything he does is either ugly or effiminate or both... I knew arlen ness way back when and we used to rib him when he was making disco sportsters... we used to go look at his latest creation and tell him... "oh, looks like you nessed up another one eh arlen?"

I feel the same about the Hot rod shops that are building trailer queens for guys who can't even change a bulb in em.

hot rods and choppers weren't meant to be popular... They were meant to make you uneasy not to be 150k works of art.

The only one on the show worth watching is Mikey, he is freaking hilarious.

As far as the bikes,  yup, they are just catalog builders.

Why build from scratch if you can order it and mod it yourself?  Is it good business sense if to build your own frames if somone else can do it for cheaper.  IRC They (occ) bought out Milwakee Iron who makes most of thier frames....

Seriously this is yet another example of the "Elite" hating somone for going mainstream......

I'm sure the tuttles lose sleep every night thinking about that and how they are going to cash a fat paycheck the next day!
