That would be so cool if we could trade perks, but that would cause a whole new set of problems for those who don't like to "Pay up".  We would need to hire an "Enforcer"...lol.

I would love to have a dueling game setup where you could bet perks on the winner and challenge others to fight in duels for so many perk points whoever wins gets the set perk prize aand whoever looses looses the set number of perks.

would make it interesting.

The perk point dueling tourney sounds cool.  Sounds like a lot of work for Ronnie or whoever would have to update the perk database tables.
