But Pyro... all we need is a dot command like... let's say... ".transferperks  xxx CPID" for xxx perk point transfer.  It's not perfect and there are short comings like people will not pay up or betting without having enough perk points... but, I think the community is mature enough to govern itself on this matter... we might want a forum to post these types of bets though... before they happen :D

Another idea.  When two pilots wish to duel they hire a third person (a judge) and transfer the perks to him.  The Judge can fly high above the duelers and make sure no one cheats or no one else interfers with the duel.  Then the Judge would transfer perks to the winner.  That would eliminate my main concern.

Pyro, if someone deals with the graphics, I'd do the programming, I'm sure small games like that wouldn't take much to make.
