CTD problem solved (at least for me )

Guess what it was....
A Download Accelerator program, (deleted), AND a option at System who make a Remote calling for Help. Dissable this.
Hope it works for you.

edit:  maby it was 1 from the two solutions but i dont know who
exactly.
