anyway, if you were rear ended you should get a trial lawyer because you probubly have whiplash, and that means "pain and suffering" and that means big money.
was hit at less than 10 mph, nothing major, but did displace my bumper about an inch lower, alond with popping a taillight.
no injuries reported at the scene, also the "offender" being a person who can influence the contract i work under, no need to "inflate" the issue. im not hurt, she's not hurt
yes her insurance "should" be paying all the bills... but it is the principle of it. i have to report it to my insurance company in a timely mannor. i tried, the fluffied me.
progressive commercials always show that "van" than comes to the scene to help you out, and take the report, then drive you home and have your wrecked car towed.
pretend i was new to a town, didn't know a soul and my car was wrecked. i signed up with them because of the customer service the claim i am paying for. the agent comming to the scene, the whole deal.
is that really possible with a 3+ hour wait on the phone?!?!??! not even close, what if it had been winter -10 deg? i'd be dead from hypothermia.
yeah yeah why didnt i hang up and call back??
i did. 45 minutes on the nose for the first call. gave up and re-dialed. 10 minutes later the phone battery died. got the charger hooked up and the next call was 2 hours and 30 some minutes on hold. we all know that hanging up then re-dialing puts you further down the line in the "waiting" queue. after an hour on hole it got personal. the whole principle of it got me so agitated i was almost shaking.
oh well enough tping for tonight LOL
