So the 4 Horsemen were legit:D
I am a A8 junkie (its a love/hate thing) and have been this way since AWer 3. J_A_B i appreciate the heads up. Sure do wish i could find out who they were. AWer game IDs i mean. DocDoom one of the 4?

When i first heard of em i didnt believe the "Myth". Pretty cool to find out they were legit.

Funny how history repeats itself.

Slo 'I don't live in the past' perhaps you should pay attention to history.

The A8 has always been my favorite of the 190's.  D9 flies extremely well but *shrug* I've always favored the A8.  It doesn't fly as well or roll as well as the the Dore but it does have one helluva gun package.

I imagine Slo flies suck pussified planes as spits or la7s.  He's a wannabe that wishes he could compete with someone as good as Fester/Citibria.  In fact, I believe that Slo (being the wannabe) is probably sucking in suck planes.  Just becuase he's a wannabe that sucks planes.  Probably his suck planes are all wannabes.  I'd be willing to bet that all the suck plane are all wannabes and they just don't know it.  Hell, he probably thinks that all the suck planes are all wannabes and all wannabes are all the suck planes.  Perchance, all suck are alll wannabes.  Of course it must be considered that all wannabes are suck also.

Hey Slo...you seem to keep lining up these duel like Mr. Black would line up fist fights.

Hiya Rip.  Post me a few pictures please.

Misfit--

I looked up your group of guys on some OLD Air Warrior web sites.   This may not be completely accurate but it's the best I can do (remember in this time frame I was barely involved with AW)

The "Four Horsemen" of Air Warrior as they're now remembered made their reputation on the Mac AirWarrior beta server in the 1995 era.  Their ID's were Fogy, Fool, Bull, and Columbo according to the info I dug up.   Basically they were Ex-GENIE players who, as such, were far more skilled than the maority of MAc AW players (most of whom were new to flightsims) and accordingly they owned the virtual skies for a time.

Obviously someone who was actually present on that server in this time frame could confirm or correct this.  I was not playing steady until mid 1996, and never on the MAC version.

I remember Fool (#5047 I think) and Fogy. The other two don't ring a bell. Fool was pretty good ... but not an Untouchable.

Those guys were in the Shadow Riders. Awesome group. If anyone's heard from Bull tell him to give me a ring.

"four horsemen"  just seems to be a nickname somebody gave them on the mac server; makes sense if their actual squad name was "Shadow Riders" as Nash suggests.

Hey DoK, weren't you a fan of the Russian rides, specifically the LA series?   Or am I thinking of some other guy?
