LOL thats not fair, ok lets limit to presidents who exsisted when the press was out there recording their every word and every speech and when the press was willing to print such screw ups. I mean Van Buren didnt win reeleciton and while he was in office hundreds of banks and business's went out of buisness and many many people lost their land, Im sure there was some stupid things said by him at that time but the press was not out for blood like they are today.
