Is Canada embracing terrorism?

This week Canada signed a contract with aljeezer[ spokes hole for terrorist in middle east] This so called t.v. news organization will soon be on Canadian cable.

  Yet to date, Canada has not given go ahead to Fox news to be shown on cable.
  Is Canada sure aljeezer will not send coded messages to terrorist cells in Amercia?

 Question: does Canada feel Fox news is more dangerous than aljeezer?
