General problems / HTC response
« on: July 27, 2004, 06:13:05 PM »
I understand Hitech is busy tracking CTD/stuttering/connection issues with the new FM.  Cool.

However, there are a number of problems with the current plane set.  For example, the Spit9 has a strange WEP problem.  WEP cannot be engaged between 19k and 20k (roughly).  The Spit WEP issue exists at other altitudes, but I don't fly spits much ... so I can't say too much.

The 262 has issues detailed in another thread here.

I assume these are problems that can be remedied by Pyro when/if he adjust the parameters to HTCs FM.

Are these problems being looked at?  Will they be addressed in the next update?

Curly i believe it was mentioned before that most of the planes lose power at certain altitudes ie related to switching from low to high blower if fitted.

Ok.  WEP abruptly quits around 18k and resumes at 20k.  Seemed strange.

The 262 Center Of Gravity is too far forward. If the fix this. I believe to 262 will be close to what it was in AH1.
